Shipping policy

Australia

• Standard tracked shipping: $7.95, free on orders over $70.
• Orders are dispatched from Perth within 1–3 business days. Australia Post delivery is usually 2–6 business days within WA and 3–8 business days for the east coast and regional areas.
• Free click & collect from our store at Westfield Booragoon: choose “Pick up” at checkout and we'll email you when your order is ready, usually within 1 business day. Bring your order confirmation.

International

• Tracked international shipping: $35, free on orders over $200. Delivery is usually 7–21 business days depending on the destination.
• Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking and delivery

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Please check your delivery address carefully; we can't redirect parcels once they've left us, and re-delivery of parcels returned to us because of an incorrect address is charged at the standard rate. If your parcel is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, contact us within 7 days and we'll lodge an enquiry with the carrier.

Changes and cancellations

Email info@bohoandmala.com as soon as possible after ordering. We can usually change or cancel an order before it has been packed.
